Within Reservation Functions with Web-based Reporting 
of Test Call Data from Statability

This online test call system will allow members to instantly access results 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  After a call is placed, the information is e-mailed to the individual property and posted to a web site where an individual agent�s score, as well as hotel, property type, and organization totals and comparison data can be reviewed.  This allows performance issues that affect revenues to be dealt with on a timely basis.
 

These web reporting features, along with the ability to place test calls in virtually all major languages, are particularly beneficial for international properties. Since results go out around the globe instantly, associates in any country can be coached immediately on a mystery call that was placed in the United States.
