a major gathering place for discerning travelers that desire a quality destination.  The property can accommodate small meetings in any of  its 26 conference suites and larger groups in its soaring seven-story atrium.  Because of our close proximity to the airport, we expect to be a popular location for business travelers.  On weekends, especially during the long Chicago winters, our indoor pool and other upscale amenities should be a natural attraction for families.

Dow noted that the joint venture continues to seek acquisition opportunities in Chicago and other midwestern locations, as well as on both coasts.  We have access to funds and are aggressively seeking to acquire mid- to large-size full-service properties like the Rosemont Suites at OHare, he said.
