 Amy K. Johnson Named Controller for 
AmericInn International, LLC
Chanhassen, MN (December 11, 2000) � Company Chairman and CEO, Lucius L. Fowler has named Amy K. Johnson as Controller for AmericInn International, LLC and other related entities. 

AmericInn International, LLC is the franchisor of the AmericInn® Lodging System. With nearly 200 locations open or under development, AmericInn® is North America�s fastest growing upscale limited service lodging chain. The AmericInn® Lodging System is dedicated to the concept of providing the best lodging value for our guests and will continue to grow throughout North America and the world. 

In her new position, Johnson will be responsible for the development and administration of all financial and accounting operations for AmericInn International, LLC and other related entities. 

Commenting on the appointment, Fowler said, �Amy will play a vital role in the development and growth of our company.  I believe Amy will thrive in her new position and anticipate that she will exhibit her leadership ability while making new advancements for the future of AmericInn International, LLC.� 

Johnson brings over 10 years of financial and accounting experience to her new position including former positions as:  Vice President-Mutual Fund Administrative Services for U.S. Bank, Senior Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, and other management roles within the financial marketplace.  Johnson�s qualifications consist of a strong financial background in accounting with a strong emphasis in planning, forecasting and financial reporting.  Johnson received a Bachelor of Business and Master of Arts degree at the University of Iowa.
