WorldRes.com  Partners with Utour.com to Provide Interactive Tours for Lodging Properties

Portland, Oregon - September 21, 2000 -  WorldRes.com, the leading online hotel distribution network for leisure travel, and Utour.com, a B2B interactive visual content provider, today announced a partnership to provide interactive virtual tours for lodging properties throughout the country.

Under the two-year agreement, Utour.com will capture and host the 360-degree, interactive tours exclusively for WorldRes.com member properties on a fee-per-tour basis. The first group of 100 tours will be available for viewing in October on WorldRes.com�s consumer web sites - PlacesToStay.com and BedandBreakfast.com - with additional tours added each month thereafter.
Additionally, Utour.com will provide UtourCities its interactive tours of cities and communities nationwide.

�Having interactive tours available will help WorldRes.com to continue to offer consumers a superior experience when shopping and booking lodging on the Internet,� said Greg Jones, CEO of WorldRes.com.  �Our member properties will benefit by being able to feature dynamic views of their accommodations.�

Additionally, the tours will be viewable on sites where WorldRes.com distributes content, including Yahoo, AOL, Frommers, Delta-air.com and Rand McNally, among others.

Utour.com produces, owns and distributes interactive visual content to partner and client sites, specializing in national and international communities, hotels, resorts, sports, special events, college campuses, and commercial and residential real estate developments.
