The contracts encompass hotels in 13 cities, including Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Kansas City, Denver, and Culver City, California.  All of the existing Wyndham Garden Hotels have been converted to Four Points by Sheraton Hotels.  JN+A has been working with Barceló Hotels USA for some time to help close this deal; thus, the firm is familiar with the specific properties to be renovated.  In separate deals with Barceló Hotels USA, JN+A will also be providing architecture and project management services for the renovation of two Clarion Hotels and the conversion of one Wyndham Garden Hotel to a full-service Sheraton Hotel.
