Hill, a developer and manager of extended-stay hotels in North Carolina,
Virginia and Kentucky, is opening its newest Suburban Lodge extended-stay
hotel in Hampton, Virginia in mid-May. The economy-priced 141-room
extended-stay hotel offers rates of $49 per night and $159 per week.
Part of the largest economy extended-stay hotel company in the country
with more than 140 hotels open or under development in 20 states, Suburban
Lodge boasts a customer satisfaction rating of 99%.
The hotel will accommodate guests traveling for periods of a week or
more in rooms equipped with a complete kitchen, including microwave, refrigerator,
stove-top, coffee maker, cookware and utensils; telephone with voice mail
and dataport; cable television featuring HBO, CNN and ESPN; weekly housekeeping
service and on-site laundry.
The Generation Companies has more than $85 million in real estate assets under management and employs 115 people in the three-state region. The company currently operates eight properties; five more are under construction and slated for completion in the six few months. |
