Hyatt International the First to Subscribe to TravelCLICKs Hotelligence Reports On a Brand-Wide Basis
CHICAGO - May 30, 2000-- Ray Cohen, president and co-CEO of TravelCLICK, Inc., announced today that Hyatt International is the first company to subscribe to TravelCLICKs new Hotelligence Reports on a brand-wide basis.

The new Hotelligence Reports will provide each of Hyatt Internationals properties with access to historical electronic booking data from the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and the Internet, including information on business sources, rates, and length-of-stay patterns, for both the individual Hyatt property and its local competitive set. This broad-based data will greatly enhance Hyatt Internationals operational decision-making and effectiveness in electronic distribution of its product around the world.

TravelCLICKs Hotelligence Reports will provide us with critical data not available anywhere else, said John Wallis, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Hyatt International.  The travel agency and distribution benchmarks, combined with revenue management tools, will empower Hyatt properties to excel in our competitive market set.

We are thrilled that Hyatt International has chosen to make TravelCLICKs Hotelligence Reports the distribution management tool of choice for their portfolio, said Cohen. We work closely with our hotel clients to insure our new information products serve their needs. Hyatt Internationals decision is a clear message that we continue to achieve that goal.

TravelCLICKs enhanced Hotelligence Reports were announced earlier this month. The service delivers electronic market share tracking, travel agency booking information, distribution system benchmarks, market demand, and revenue management data for hotels and competitive sets of their choosing. With the recent addition of Galileo and WORLDSPAN to the services existing data from Sabre, Abacus and Axess, Hotelligence provides suppliers with unprecedented access to data available from 80 percent of travel agents who book 40 million hotel reservations annually. Currently, Hotelligence boasts a 95 percent subscriber retention rate.
