Heintz joined Leisure Hotels, L.L.C. in early 1997 as Vice President Director of Operations. Since 1997 fourteen management contracts have been awarded to Leisure Hotels, L.L.C. His leadership has enabled Leisure Hotels, L.L.C. to assume additional management contracts as the company has grown. Heintz' broad expertise encompasses all aspects of hotel disciplines with expertise in hotel operations, sales and marketing, development, finance, accounting, construction, renovations and purchasing.

Heintz brings to leisure Hotels, L.L.C. over 30 year's experience in the hotel industry. He began his hospitality career while in high school as a Bellman. After completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree from Minot State University, he served as a General Manager for nine years and multi-unit management for the last fourteen years holding the positions of Regional Manager, Vice President - Operations and Vice President Director of Operations.
