Mr. Lok Jack is Chairman and CEO of the Associated Brands Group of companies that includes Sunshine Snacks, Charles Candy and Universal Foods Limited. A native of Trinidad, he also serves as chairman to several other organizations in the country, such as Enterprise Development Ltd. and Consolidated Biscuits Malta, and as director of the Caribbean Association of Industry and Commerce. 

�Arthur Lok Jack�s proven leadership and management expertise will be a great asset to us,� said Mr. Ortt.  �We look forward to his contributions to the Board of Directors and to the company as a whole.�  

Mr. Chatrani joins Tradewinds Resorts as Chief Financial Officer from Banks Holdings Limited in Barbados where he has worked since 1996, most recently in the position of Chief Financial Officer.  In this capacity Mr. Chatrani was responsible for the management of the financial assets of the parent company and its nine subsidiaries.  He was also responsible for all negotiations of joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers and sales.  Previously, Mr. Chatrani worked as financial controller for B&B Distribution Ltd. and Achal S. Moorjani Ltd.
