HFTP Hosting a November, 2000 Hospitality Technology Professionals Forum in NYC
AUSTIN, TEXAS, April 10, 2000 - Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals will host a Hospitality Technology Professionals Forum on Friday, November 10 in New York City. This one-day seminar is geared towards senior-level technology professionals in clubs, hotels, resorts, and other hospitality-related businesses and will include three sessions discussing such topics as customer relationship management, application service providers, e-commerce, and wiring and cabling.  For each session, an industry expert will introduce the topic and will moderate an open discussion among attendees.

�This forum is an essential opportunity for the hospitality technology professional because it provides him or her with a chance to discuss the hottest technology issues with other hospitality technology professionals who face similar challenges,� says John Cahill, CHTP, CHA, chief information officer, Manhattan East Suite Hotels. �This is an occasion to network, share ideas and experiences, and find new solutions.� 

There are a limited number of seats available, so plan now to attend. Early registration fees are $99 for HFTP members and $125 for non-members on or before Friday, October 27. After Friday, October 27, 2000, the late registration fee will be $125 for HFTP members and $150 for non-members. The association provides continuing education and networking opportunities to more than 4,300 members around the world. HFTP also administers the examination and awards the certification for the Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) and the Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) designations. HFTP was founded in 1952 as the National Association of Hospitality Accountants.
