NEW YORK, April 25, 2000 - Gourmets May issue
features the fifth annual Rooms at the Top hotel awards. Gourmet asked
thousands of its well-traveled readers to tell us
about their favorite hotels in the world.
The top five hotels are featured in 19 categories, and the category
of Best Business Hotel is broken down into the top three hotels in four
regions. The editorial staff traveled around the world to visit the winning
hotels selected by our readers, said Ruth Reichl, Gourmets editor in
chief. Gourmets Rooms at the Top survey is unique this year because
it includes the editors personal reviews of the winning hotel in each
of the categories. |
