Tiburon Capital, LLC Acquires Ocean Place Conference Resort 
in Long Branch, New Jersey from Olympus Real Estate Corporation
International Conference Resorts Continues to Manage Property
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, March 2000 -  Tiburon Capital, LLC announced its acquisition of the Ocean Place Conference Resort in Long Branch, New Jersey from Olympus Real Estate Corporation of Dallas, Texas.  This acquisition is the second in a series of conference resorts acquired by Tiburon and managed by International Conference Resorts, Inc., the industry's quality and performance leader.  

The Ocean Place Conference Resort, with 254 guest rooms and suites, 30,000 sf of dedicated meeting space including two 10,000 sf meeting rooms, state-of-the-art media and telecommunications capability, and a full service health spa, is located on the New Jersey Shore, less than one hour from Manhattan via electric rail service and the Newark International Airport.

International Conference Resorts' chairman and CEO, Gene A. Keluche, stated that the Ocean Place Conference Resort, with its recently completed $9 million renovation, will be positioned as ICR's northeast flagship.  ICR with its strategic partner, Tiburon Capital, plans to expand ICR's nationwide network of premier conference resorts which presently includes the Carefree Conference Resort, Carefree, AZ, also owned by Tiburon; the Scottsdale Conference Resort, Scottsdale, AZ; the Cheyenne Mountain Conference Resort, Colorado Springs, CO; and the Graylyn International Conference Center, Winston-Salem, NC.
