 Hotel Sofitel New York Utilizing HotelWorks.com 
for Pre-opening Procurement and Installation 
of FF&E and Operating Supplies
MIAMI (January 24, 2000) � The Leonard Parker Company and Bekins Distribution Services, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hotelworks.com, (Amex: HWS),  were awarded contracts by Accor North America Business and Leisure Division to provide a variety of goods and services for the company�s newest North American luxury property, the Hotel Sofitel New York, at 44th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue.

The Leonard Parker Company and Bekins Distribution Services will provide essential behind-the-scenes functions, including furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E), procurement services, receiving, warehousing and installation.

Currently under construction in mid-town Manhattan, the 400-room Hotel Sofitel New York will offer upscale French-style guest facilities, services and dining experiences, all within a unique architectural and aesthetic setting.

�This property is scheduled to open in spring 2000,� says Douglas Parker, President and CEO.  �In order to establish and maintain upscale service and comfort features for its guests, a myriad of items ranging from engineering tools to crystal and china must be delivered, placed and installed, all in a short time frame.  We are delighted that Accor has the confidence in our company to work within a fairly short time-frame.�
