Effective immediately, KSL Fairways Golf has been renamed Fairways Golf Corp. Bank Boston N.A. provided the financing for the transaction, which includes a facility for additional acquisitions. 

Fairways Golf is one of the nation�s largest golf course ownership companies, with 24 properties primarily in Virginia, Maryland, Florida and Wisconsin, composed of private, semi-private and public golf courses.  Fairways Golf specializes in �quality, affordable golf��the market segment providing more superior quality and service than typical municipal courses, yet less expensive than most high-end daily fee and private golf courses.  Greens fees, including cart, at Fairways daily fee and semi-private courses typically range from $25 to $59.
