The club, to be renamed The Owners Club at Telluride, joins a distinctive collection of vacation home communities operated by The Owners Club, an affiliate company of Dallas-based ClubCorp, the world�s largest owner of private clubs and golf resorts.

Edward P. Spears, president and chief executive officer of The Owners Club, said the Telluride property will continue to be operated by its existing management team. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place in November.

Members will receive full membership privileges at Telluride Golf Club, daily ski passes and dining club privileges while in residence.

Owners Clubs are also located at Hilton Head Island in South Carolina; The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia; Barton Creek in Austin, Texas; and Marina Vallarta on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.  Members of The Owners Club have deeded ownership in a member home, flexibility of residence, golf course privileges, and the opportunity of choosing an individualized vacation schedule.
