Antoine Dagot Named Chief Executive of 
Hilton Grand Vacation Company
 
ORLANDO, Fla. - Dec. 16, 1999--Antoine Dagot has been appointed chief executive of Hilton Grand Vacations Company (HGVC).

In his capacity as chief executive, Dagot is responsible for overall company operations at HGVC�s corporate headquarters, as well as overseeing individual project development including financing, construction, sales, marketing and customer service.

In his four-year association with HGVC, Dagot most recently served as executive vice president sales, marketing and development for Hilton Resorts Corporation (HRC), the managing general partner of HGVC, a full-service vacation ownership development and management division of Hilton Hotels Corporation. He previously held executive positions within the Marriott and Vistana organizations.

Dagot succeeds Don Harrill, a 28-year veteran of Hilton Hotels Corporation, who has stepped down to pursue other opportunities within the vacation ownership industry.
