Hotel Management Company is delighted to announce that they've added two
more hotels in August to their portfolio of hotels.
On August 2, 1999, Coakley & Williams assumed management of the
Quality Suites Main Gate East located in Kissimmee, FL. The full
service property has 225 one and two bedroom, suites and is just five miles
from Walt Disney World.
Coakley & Williams will operate the newly developed Hilton Garden
Inn in Williamsburg, VA. The 119 room hotel is scheduled to open
this fall.
Coakley & Williams, located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area,
has owned and/or managed hotels for over 28 years. In addition to
several new properties in various stages of development, Coakley &
Williams is currently managing 21 hotels as far south as Florida, and as
far west as Minneapolis. Coakley & Williams' current franchises include
Holiday Inn, Hilton, Days Inn, Ramada, Wingate Inn, Best Western, Comfort
Inn, Sleep Inn, Quality Suites, and Four Points by Sheraton. |
