Jeff Bzdawka Named Senior Vice President of Pegasus Commission Processing
 
DALLAS, Aug. 9, 1999 -  Pegasus Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEGS) today announced that Jeff Bzdawka has joined Pegasus Commission Processing as senior vice president. Bzdawka will oversee all sales and operations of Pegasus Commission Processing, the hotel industry�s largest provider of travel agent commission and payment processing services. Pegasus Systems is a leading provider of hotel industry electronic commerce and transaction processing solutions.

Bzdawka joins Pegasus after two years with Security Capital Group, where he served as vice president of strategic information systems and chief information officer of Homestead Village. In this position, Bzdawka was responsible for the implementation and support of telecom and information strategic systems for Homestead Village. Bzdawka�s career also includes a focus on electronic distribution with 12 years in management positions with SABRE Decision Technologies and Hyatt Corporation.
