Management Company is pleased to announce that on June 28, 1999 they added
the management of the Wingate Inn located in Richmond, Virginia to their
portfolio of hotels.
The newly developed, 100 room, Wingate Inn opened in July of 1998.
The hotel is located less than 1 mile from the Richmond International Airport
and is only 7 miles from downtown Richmond.
Coakley & Williams, located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area,
has owned and/or managed hotels for over 27 years. In addition to
several new properties in various stages of development, Coakley &
Williams is currently managing 19 hotels as far south as Florida, and as
far west as Minneapolis. Coakley & Williams� current franchises
include Holiday Inn, Hilton, Days Inn, Ramada, Comfort Inn, Wingate Inn,
Sleep Inn, Best Western, and Four Points by Sheraton. |
