About
Hostmark Management Group provides turnkey hotel management solutions designed to maximize profitability by increasing revenues, reducing costs and improving efficiency. While we are a global organization, our business ethic is hands-on and responsive. Our top executives, some of the industrys most experienced and respected leaders, are highly accessible to our clients. And while key business functions, such as marketing and purchasing are centralized through our corporate offices, we maintain regional offices to facilitate seamless coordination between corporate and property-level management.

Hostmark is a national hotel management company with an established reputation and expertise in managing resort, full- and limited-service properties. Our company is recognized for its success in improving a propertys bottom-line, including a significant amount of experience in turnaround situations, especially in situations requiring major renovations or property repositioning. One of Hostmarks key strengths is its ability to analyze hotel investment opportunities and accurately access the up-side potential. Additionally, Hostmark has an extensive network of relationships in the hotel industry.

We believe no two hotels are exactly alike, with this premise in mind, we tailor management, sales, food & beverage, maintenance and accounting to the regional market, demographics and employee. We perform in-depth market research to determine which marketing venue would best sell this hotel? What style of food & beverage would best compliment the hotels guest or potential walk-in business? How do we cut costs? Is it through centralized sales efforts, centralizing accounting, or would centralized purchasing save the hotel the funds needed to remodel or update an image?

Hostmark has seen most every dilemma through their management of hundreds of hotels over many years of hotel service. We provide what your hotel needs most, a fresh perspective from some of the industries most experienced, knowledgeable and respected leaders. Hotel management and increasing profits is what we do.
