On Command has chosen two key technology providers for its trial. IPORT software from ATCOM/INFO will be used to allow hotel guests and convention attendees 'plug and play' Internet access which requires no user software or laptop reconfiguration. Tut Systems' Expresso MDU system will provide hotel guests with access to the Internet at speeds of up to 1 megabit per second over the hotel's existing phone lines.
