the appointment of John M. Green as Senior Vice President, Operations.
In his new role, Mr. Green will lead the company's continuing efforts to
drive operating and customer service excellence in its food, beverage and
retail concessions in North America.

Administrative Green joined Marriott Corporation in 1989 as the Vice President, Financial Planning Analysis. In 1991, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Host Marriott Operating Group that today is Host Marriott Services. The following year, Mr. Green was promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of Marriott International. In 1996 he joined PGI, Inc., the nation's leading event planning company, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The following year, he rejoined Marriott International as Senior Vice President, Lodging Finance. Mr. Green holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and International Relations from Tufts University and a M.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics.
