A Hard Rock Hotel Casino May Be Built Adjacent to Mirage Resorts' Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 19, 1999 -  Full House Resorts, Inc. (Nasdaq: FHRI) announced today that Full House Mississippi, LLC, a company jointly owned by Full House Resorts ("FHRI") and by Allen E. Paulson, its principal shareholder and former chairman, has reached an agreement to secure land in Biloxi, Mississippi for its previously announced Hard Rock Hotel Casino. The location includes approximately 6.7 acres of land along the Gulf Coast, formerly occupied by the Gold Shore Casino, adjacent to Mirage Resorts' Beau Rivage.

In a presentation yesterday before the Mississippi Gaming Commission, FHRI outlined its preliminary plan for the rock 'n' roll themed destination resort. It will include 400-450 rooms, a casino, a Hard Rock Live concert venue and a signature Hard Rock Cafe, as well as several specialty restaurants and a health spa. FHRI has applied for the necessary permits and expects to open the facility in 2001. The Project is contingent upon financing, receipt of regulatory approvals, and execution of final documentation regarding acquisition of the site, as well as upon certain other contingencies, all of which FHRI is actively addressing.

On November 27, 1998, Full House Resorts, Inc. announced that Full House Mississippi, LLC had entered into a licensing agreement with Hard Rock Cafe International, Inc. for the development of the Hard Rock Hotel Casino project in Mississippi. The Project would be developed and operated by FHRI and Hard Rock. Hard Rock would own and manage a retail store and Hard Rock Cafe at the Project.
