June 30, 1999 will be the last day entries will be accepted. I strongly

The World Food Media Awards represent an attempt to give due credit to all the major branches of the food and beverage media. In 1997 more than 150 entries were received from around the globe, from North America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Africa, Southern Europe and Asia. These prestigious awards, fondly known as "The Ladles", will be presented for the following categories for Bronze, Silver and Gold : Television * Best Television Food Show
Print, Photography and Interactive Section * Best Food Book
Radio Section * Best Radio Food and Wine Show or Segment Interest in the awards in their 1997 inaugural year was outstanding
with entries from 65 television
