Jackson-Shaw Company Developing 325 room 
Hampton Inn in Las Vegas
 
The Jackson-Shaw Company broke ground on the six-story, 325 room Hampton Inn7 Tropicana in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 13, 1998. Within a  quarter-mile of Las Vegas Boulevard (the "Strip"), the project is strategically located to provide value conscious business and family travelers a convenient lodging alternative near the business and entertainment core.

The Hampton Inn7 Tropicana will consist of 325 rooms with 13 guest suites, lounge and gaming rooms, an exercise room and sun deck, a lush pool and oasis garden, meeting facilities, a restaurant and a children_s game room. Other amenities include free continental breakfast, free local calls, free childrens stay with parent and a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Located at Tropicana Avenue and Interstate-15, the Hampton Inn7 Tropicana will be the first brand-name hotel seen by California travelers driving into Las Vegas. The property is less than two miles from McCarran International Airport, well suited to corporate travelers, conventioneers and family vacationers. 

Dallas-based Jackson-Shaw Company has constructed and developed over 17 million square feet of hospitality, high-tech and office projects nationwide; Promus Hotel Corporation is the franchiser for the Hampton Inn.
