In addition to several new properties in various stages
of development, Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company, a Washington,
D.C. based firm, is pleased to announce three new additions to their portfolio
of managed hotels.
1. In September,
Coakley & Williams assumed management of the Comfort Inn, located in
Wysox, Pennsylvania. Plans are to expand the hotel and develop a
conference center adjacent to the property.
2. In the beginning
of October, the company assumed management of the Wingate Inn in Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, just outside Harrisburg. This brand new 92 room property
opened their doors earlier this year.
3. Also in
the first week of October, the Sleep Inn was added to the Coakley &
Williams� family. This new 99 room property is located in Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, home to many popular Auto Shows.
Coakley & Williams is now managing 18 hotels as far south as Florida,
and as far west as Minneapolis. In addition to several CHOICE and
CENDANT brand names, Coakley & Williams� current franchises include
Hilton, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, and Best Western.

Coakley & Williams, Inc. originally developed and constructed its
first hotel, The Ramada Hotel in Lanham, Maryland, which it owned and operated
until 1993. They developed their second hotel, The Springfield Hilton,
in 1978. The company's success with hotel operations continued and they

hotels ranged from budget to luxury properties. Of these properties,

flourish under the leadership of Gary S. Williams, President.
