Steve Chandless Named Vice President of Marketing 
at WorldRes
 
SAN MATEO, CA, Nov. 19 - WorldRes, Inc.�, the Internet-based hotel reservation network, has appointed Steve Chandless to the newly created position of Vice President of Marketing. 

Mr. Chandless is responsible for managing all marketing activities, as well as overseeing public relations for WorldRes. He will be defining WorldRes' next generation products to continue the company's expansion of its services for destination marketing organizations and other target audiences. 

Prior to joining WorldRes, Mr. Chandless was a member of the executive management team at Cellular One, where he held positions as General Manager and Director of Marketing. His responsibilities included the creation of marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer base; the management of brand and promotions advertising for corporate and retail programs; and the development and execution of strategy for sponsorships and co-marketing programs with equipment and channel partners.

Chandless holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.
