Atlanta - September, 1998 - Impac Hotel Group, L.L.C., announced
today that it has appointed Jay Molitor III as General Manager of the new
Marriott Hotel close to the Denver International Airport. The 238-room,
full-service Marriott, scheduled to open this fall, will be located at
the intersection of Interstate 70 and Pena/Airport Boulevard in the Gateway
Park development�making it the closest full-service hotel to Denver International
Airport. Impac will own and operate the Marriott Hotel.

The six-story Marriott Hotel will be designed for maximum convenience to business travelers with all guest rooms featuring Marriott's innovative "The Room That Works" concept. Each guest room will be equipped with 2-line phones for computer hook-ups and desks and lighting specially designed to be effective work areas. The Marriott Hotel will over 9,000 square feet of meeting space including a 3,400-square-foot ballroom, and each meeting room will contain the latest in telecommunications and audiovisual capabilities. The hotel also will have a business center, a concierge-style lounge, room service, and a fitness center with exercise equipment, indoor pool and whirlpool. Additionally, the new Marriott Hotel will feature Allie's American Grille, a full-service restaurant that will be operated by Impac as well.
