PHOENIX, Ariz. --- J.J. Croney & Associates  (J2C+A), Phoenix, a rapidly growing full-service computer systems integrator for such clients as Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Del Webb Corp., has acquired certain assets of Nevada Data Systems and has opened a new branch office in Las Vegas.  The announcement was made by Emily Clancy,  J2C+A vice president of sales and  marketing.

Michael Lewis, former president of Nevada Data Systems, will head up the new J2C+A  location in Las Vegas as branch manager.
 
"Lewis brings with him a significant installed base of IBM midrange customers, including clients in manufacturing, retail, distribution and other major business sectors.  We'll continue to develop those areas and expand into Nevada's growing hotel and resort markets," said Clancy.  She added, "J2C+A plans to complement the sales of computer hardware, software and technical services, by establishing both a cabling and a hardware service department in Las Vegas."
