According to the terms of the agreement, LodgeNet will provide Ritz-Carlton Hotels a customized shopping application to maximize promotion of the hotel's branded items, such as bathrobes, towels, etc. LodgeNet will also continue to support its proprietary HotelGuide application (which provides Ritz-Carlton guests with on-demand information about other Ritz-Carlton properties), as well as HotelTour (an interactive, virtual property walk-through) and specialized slide-show programming for The Ritz-Carlton in-house Welcome Channel.
