Lodgenet, Ritz-Carlton Extend Arrangement
Customized Co-Branding and In-Room Services to Result from Contract Renewals
 
SIOUX FALLS, SD – LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation today announced it has renewed the contracts for all 16 Ritz-Carlton hotel properties that it serves. Under the terms of the extensions, LodgeNet will continue as The Ritz-Carlton exclusive provider of on-demand movies and in-room video games for these hotels, and will provide a comprehensive array of guest room services that are designed to bring convenience to guests and enhance the operations of The Ritz-Carlton properties.

According to the terms of the agreement, LodgeNet will provide Ritz-Carlton Hotels a customized shopping application to maximize promotion of the hotel's branded items, such as bathrobes, towels, etc. LodgeNet will also continue to support its proprietary HotelGuide application (which provides Ritz-Carlton guests with on-demand information about other Ritz-Carlton properties), as well as HotelTour (an interactive, virtual property walk-through) and specialized slide-show programming for The Ritz-Carlton in-house Welcome Channel.
