HITEC, LOS ANGELES, June 17 -- Integrated Decisions and Systems, Inc ("IDeaS"), today announced that it has been selected by Hilton International as its long term partner for development of a new revenue and yield management system.

The formal partnership follows a period of collaboration between Hilton International and IDeaS during which the proposed system, IDeaL/YIELD, has been piloted in two key hotels in London and Brussels.  A detailed study of these pilot sites indicated room revenue gains attributable to IDeaL/YIELD which exceeded expectations at both hotels.  Following the
execution of the contract, IDeaS has commenced a structured roll-out of the system to selected Hilton International hotels worldwide.

Yield management systems are designed to ensure that hotel rooms are sold at the right time, at the right price and to the right customer mix.  The IDeaL/YIELD system uses leading edge technology, based on using accurate statistical information rather than on more common forecasting models, thus ensuring that yield management decisions deliver optimum returns for the property.
