In its Tenth Annual Readers� Choice Awards issue, the renowned Oregon Coast resort was selected by the magazine�s 37,000 readers as one of the �Top 30 North American Resorts�. In January 1998, the esteemed magazine included Salishan Lodge in its Fourth Annual Gold List, an honor formulated by thousands of reader interviews and the �news, notes, and comments� of Condé Nast Traveler�s contributing reporters.

In its November/December Best of Golf: 1987-1997 issue, Links Magazine honored Salishan Lodge by naming  it one of �The 100 Best Golf Resorts in North America�.
