Arranged by Hotel Partners
CHICAGO, IL (December 1997):  Bill Gudenau, chairman of Hotel Partners International, has confirmed the sale of the Detroit Metro Hilton Suites in Romulus, Michigan.  The 151-suite hotel was sold by a private investor to CapStar Hotels, Inc. for $14.8 million.  Vice president John Karver of Hotel Partners' Chicago office represented the seller.
