Hialeah Ramada Inn Snagged by JEB Hotel Associates
Miami, Fla., March 1998 Hotel Partners International is pleased to announce the sale of the 255-room Ramada Inn in Hialeah, Florida. The full-service Ramada was sold by Hialeah Hotel, Inc. to JEB Hotel Associates, Ltd., for a total sales price of $4.75 million. Scott Stephens of Hotel Partners represented the seller in the hotel transaction. The underlying land was flipped in a separate transaction.

The Ramada Inn Hialeah, 1950 West 49th Street NW, is located across from Westland Mall and three miles from Hialeah Race Track in a predominantly commercial district southwest of downtown Miami.
