 Denver Sheraton Four Points Sale Arranged by Hotel Partners
 
NEWPORT BEACH, CA (19 December 1997):  Russell D. Urban, executive vice president and principal of Hotel Partners International, has confirmed the sale of the Four Points by Sheraton in Denver, Colorado.  This 195-room hotel was sold by CapStar Hotels, Inc. to Airport Hotel Management for $4.425 million.  Jack Carr of Hotel Partners' Newport Beach, CA office represented the seller.

The Four Points by Sheraton is located at 3535 Quebec Street in northeast Denver, less than one mile from Hotel Photo from SheratonInterstate 70.  The hotel operates within one of Denver's largest concentrations of industrial parks, office complexes and hotels that was formerly the home of Stapleton International Airport.  This eight-story hotel was flagged a Four Points in March 1996, after a complete renovation.
