Holden joined Aston 16 months ago as director of sales for Kauai and was responsible for strengthening the Kauai/Big Island sales teams' relationship with Aston's general managers on both islands. During that time, he gained invaluable experience in property maintenance and guest relations, which he brings to his new position.

Prior to joining Aston, Holden served as vice president of operations for Thomas Edison Inns in Michigan. His hospitality experience spans 35 years in hotel management including general manager of the Ilikai at Waikiki; vice president and general manager of the Sheraton Maui Hotel; general manager of the Sheraton Perth Hotel; general manager of the Sheraton Coconut Beach Hotel (Kauai); general manager of the Sheraton Town House Hotel (Los Angeles); and resident manager and director of sales of the Sheraton Palace Hotel (San Francisco).
