Carlos D. Quinones Appointed as Sales Manager for the 187-key
Glen Cove, Long Island, New York, May 1, 2013 … The I.A.C.C.-certified Glen Cove Mansion Hotel and Conference Center has appointed Carlos D. Quinones sales manager for the historic property. Ata Kashanian, vice president and general manager, made the announcement.
“It is a pleasure to announce Carlos’ promotion,” said Mr. Kashanian. “This represents his third appointment at our property. With each new assignment he has advanced his career, doing so across departments, and this experience will be a tremendous asset to his new role. We congratulate him on this appointment.”
Carlos Quinones was previously sales & marketing coordinator for Glen Cove Mansion, the Long Island hotel and conference center. He began employment with the award-winning property, serving as captain in the catering and banquets departments. Prior to joining Glen Cove Mansion, he worked in customer service and sales for NYS Collection.
Mr. Quinones attended Purchase College SUNY, and is currently completing his education at Queens College CUNY, where he is pursuing a degree in history. He resides in Astoria, New York.
