Benchmark Hospitality International Appoints Andrew Blair as Controller for
the 316-key Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, May 8, 2013
Benchmark Hospitality International®, a leading US-based independent hospitality management company, has appointed Andrew Blair controller for Cheyenne Mountain Resort.  Todd Felsen, Benchmark’s general manager for the property, a Benchmark Resort® located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, made the announcement.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Andy to our resort,” said Mr. Felsen.  “He comes armed with an impressive background in finance, and significant experience within the hospitality industry.  He is a great addition to our leadership team.”

Andrew Blair was previously resort controller and director of finance for Hammock Beach Resort, located in Palm Coast, Florida.  While in this position, he also held regional controller responsibilities for Reunion Resort of Kissimmee, Florida.

Prior to these appointments Mr. Blair served as vice president and regional controller for a major hospitality management company.  Throughout his career, Blair has held controller and assistant controller positions for both independent and major brand hotels and resorts located in Texas, Colorado and Oregon.

Blair is a graduate of the Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, focusing on Accounting, Finance and Statistics.  He is relocating to Colorado Springs with his family.
