ANNAPOLIS, MD, June 3, 2013TOWNE PARK, a premier provider of valet parking, parking management and hospitality staffing solutions, announced the appointment of Steven M. Zaccagnini as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development based in Annapolis, MD.

“Steve brings 25 years of executive level leadership experience in the parking, commercial real estate and facilities services industries and an incredible background of identifying strategic opportunities within our space and creating new lines of business.  His deep experience in acquisitions and alliances as well as leading strategic business units will be a valuable addition to the leadership team as we identify and pursue new opportunities for growth,” said Jerry South, Towne Park’s Chief Executive Officer.

Steve joins Towne Park after an extensive and successful tenure at ABM Industries Inc.
