("WHI") has been retained as the Exclusive Agent to advise in the sale of two properties in Camden, Arkansas: Both properties represent excellent acquisition opportunities for a local, regional or national owner to acquire an asset well below replacement cost. The hotels are close to the Highland Industrial Park, the largest industrial park in a five-state area and the area's largest employer, mostly Fortune 500 Companies related to Defense, Oil and Gas industries.
