April
26, 2013 –NEENAH, WISCONSIN – On April 25, 2013, Cobblestone
Hotels broke ground on the future Cobblestone Hotel and Suites and One
Box Convention Center and brought their presence in Nebraska to five
hotels. “We could not be happier about our growth in Nebraska” say
Brian Wogernese, President of Cobblestone Hotels, LLC. “Broken Bow and
the surrounding areas are excited for this new addition to their
community and Cobblestone Hotels is proud to have them as a part of
their family”. The Cobblestone Hotel and Suites and the One Box
Convention Center is expected to open in 2013. “The goal when we formed
the group was to create a group that is community oriented and has a
variety of experiences and expertise that will benefit both our
investment and community.” says Craig Safranek, Chair of the investment
group for the project. “Custer County is filled with more great people
who would have been great teammates for our group, but when these 9
groups stepped up to the plate in the aggressive way that they did, we
had our group established and moved forward with Cobblestone. Our
vision as a group was to provide a family friendly hotel and convention
center for the Custer County region that will serve as a hub for
family, business, and community events.”
