Cedric Sordillon Named as Director of Food and Beverage for
ST. MARTIN (April 26, 2013) - The Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa, St. Martin, a premier 18-acre resort property in French St. Martin, proudly announces the appointment of Cedric Sordillon as director of food and beverage. In his new role, Sordillon will oversee the food and beverage programs at all three of the resorts onsite restaurants the Beach Bar, Le Marché, and C Le Restaurant, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Sordillon brings with him over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as director of food and beverage at 4-star Miramar Crouesty Hotel, Thalasso & Spa in Brittany, France, and Es Saadi Garden & Resort in Marrakech, the second largest hotel in Morocco, where he oversaw a team of 400 employees. He most recently served as director of food and beverage at the 5-star Lux* Ile de la Reunion which won Best Hotel of the Year 2012 at the Travel Awards in Singapore. At the Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa St. Martin, Sordillon plans to lead his staff by example, bringing a warm, relaxed personality to their professional service. Sordillon is a graduate of Vatel Hotel School in Nimes, France and holds a degree in Hotel Management.
