Travel Outlook® Premium Reservations Call Center Contracts with
Nancy Greene's Cahilty Lodge in Sun Peaks, British Columbia
for Improved Conversions and Superior Customer Service

March 1, 2013 - Travel Outlook® Premium Reservations Call Center has signed an agreement to provide reservations call services for Nancy Greene's Cahilty Lodge in Sun Peaks, British Columbia.

"At Cahilty Lodge, we have consistently worked to develop an extremely comfortable skier's lodge", says John Douglas, General Manager.  "Starting with an ideal mountainside ski-in/ski-out location, we create the warm, hospitable ambiance that winter sports lovers enjoy after a challenging day on the slopes, including spacious suites with heated tile floors in the bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchens, and secure ski rooms.  And our seasoned staff provides a fun and friendly atmosphere for our guests, because they  clearly understand every vacation need that a skier might have."

Mr. Douglas continued, "Our goal is to express to our guests the feeling of warm hospitality of Olympian Nancy Greene and her husband Al Raine, the owners of Cahilty Lodge.   In looking for a voice reservations company to convey that hospitality to those who might call us directly for reservations, we evaluated several companies.  After making test calls to their team and investigating their performance with other clients, we decided that Travel Outlook was the right choice for us."

Travel Outlook is unique in that its team connects directly to a hotel's property management system, saving GDS and other pass-through fees that many call centers add to the cost of providing reservations services.  "This saves our clients money", says John Smallwood, Travel Outlook CEO, "and it also means that our team is able to see exactly what the hotel's operations team sees when we book into the PMS.  The goal is to book more reservations at a lower cost, and add-on GDS fees do not have to be part of that equation."

Travel Outlook employs a unique commission-only business model for most of its clients.  “Our reservation specialists are paid on actual conversion,” says Smallwood, "so we are only compensated when the call is converted and the guestroom is consumed. We do not charge for cancellations, changes, or other services, and our hotel partners benefit from experienced hotel industry professionals while avoiding the additional expenses associated with salaried or hourly employees.  In addition, our premium service is priced competitively."
