American Resort Management and New Owner, Blue Capital Group, Assume
Management for the Former Airport International Inn in Williston, North Dakota

Rebranding the
147-room Property as the Dakota Grand Hotel & Conference Center

ERIE, PA – March 20, 2013  -  American Resort Management, LLC today announced that the former Airport International Inn located in Williston, North Dakota is now under new ownership and management and has been rebranded as the new Dakota Grand Hotel & Conference Center in Williston, North Dakota.    The Dakota Grand Hotel & Conference Center was purchased by Blue Capital Group, LLC, a Maryland based real estate company and private equity firm with interests in hospitality and office properties throughout the United States.

Along with the rebranding of the hotel to the Dakota Grand Hotel & Conference Center, the property is undergoing an extensive multi-million dollar renovation to include all guest rooms, public areas and the meeting and banquet facilities with work on the guest rooms already underway.  Renovations will include a complete renovation of all interior areas.  In the spring exterior renovations will also take place.

The Dakota Grand Hotel & Conference Center will be the premier full-service hotel and conference center in Williston, North Dakota and features 147 guest rooms, a restaurant and lounge, a large indoor tropical pool and hot tubs, and full meeting and banquet facilities featuring over 12,000 square feet of flexible space.  The hotel is conveniently located in Williston along Highway 2, the major highway through this region, and is in the heart of the Bakken Oil Formation.  The Dakota Grand Hotel & Conference Center is located on Highway 2, the primary east/west artery through North Dakota’s northern tier of cities, drawing regional residents to Williston for shopping, dining and medical care.  The hotel is across from Sloulin Field International Airport, serving both commercial and private aircraft.
