Today, January 30, 2013, Travel Tripper launched a reporting tool to its RezTrip CRS users last week, called the Reporting Suite. The Reporting Suite gives properties a fresh way to analyze their reservation data interactively.
 
Included in the data set are reservations created or stored in the RezTrip central reservation system. This includes reservations from the web booking engine, mobile booking engine, call center, global distribution systems, and online travel agencies. Key features include:

• Reports including rate plan, rate type, room type, DPR, lead time, channel, geography, and time period analysis.
• Various dimension analysis including room revenue, add-on revenue, tax, total revenue, number of reservations, room nights, ADR, LOS, and revenue contribution
• Different chart styles
• Data in interactive tabular form
• Export capability

The driving philosophy is building a fun and easy tool that is conceptually modular, so that it evolves quickly to meet property needs. "Properties have great data in RezTrip, so we're just making the data accessible enough to analyze. We're incredibly keen on presentation, usability and simplicity and will maintain that focus even as we evolve," says Product Manager Kimberly Lin.
 
The tool is currently released in beta, with more releases expected in the coming months.
