Crestline Hotels & Resorts Completes the $1.5 Million Renovation of the 252-room
Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia

ATLANTA, Jan. 17, 2013 -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the completion of a $1.5 million renovation and upgrade to the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center. Located in Midtown Atlanta, on the Georgia Institute of Technology campus, the hotel and IACC Conference Center is both managed and leased by Crestline. All 252 guestrooms have been renewed with new wall coverings; carpeting; draperies -- including new sheers and blackout panels; all new lighting; new desk chairs; a new lounge chair and ottoman; as well as a luggage bench. In addition, each bed has been updated with new king and queen pillows and bed scarves. Additional amenities, such as an iHome dual alarm clock radio, have also been added in each guestroom. Each of the hotel's suites has also been renovated.

About the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center
Opened in the summer of 2003, the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is an IACC approved meeting facility with 21,000 square feet of meeting space and 252 deluxe guestrooms. The guest rooms are handsomely appointed in a warm urban contemporary decor that complements the technologically superior rooms which include: complimentary state-of-the-art wireless Internet at a speed of up to 40 MB per second and wired Internet speeds of up to 80 MB per second for all overnight guests; room service; irons and ironing boards; in-room coffee and tea; and granite guest room baths with upgraded toiletries. The Conference Center includes 18 meeting rooms and a 7,260 square foot ballroom that can seat up to 700 people. Complimentary high speed Internet access is available throughout the hotel as well as high definition TV in each guestroom. For dining, guests may enjoy the Conference Dining Room with its beautiful courtyard and private dining rooms. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Dining Room serves epicurean delights created by Executive Chef Thahirali Elamkulath (Chef Thai). Selections include a fusion of European/Mediterranean, Asian, Caribbean, and American fare presented in a creative buffet as well as a la carte selections. For a light and relaxing meal The Club Room offers a pub experience, with casual fare and a photographic review of Georgia Tech's rich athletic history. And the Lobby Bar serves cocktails, wine and beer. Guests may also enjoy posing for a picture with the Georgia Tech "Ramblin' Wreck" proudly displayed in the Lobby.

The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is located in Midtown Atlanta's pedestrian-friendly, Technology Square at 800 Spring Street at the corner of Spring and 5th Streets. The Hotel is on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology and is within the Midtown business district. It is minutes from downtown Atlanta, the Georgia World Congress Center, the Fox Theatre, the Georgia Aquarium and many other favorite Atlanta attractions.
