Indigo Sky Casino and Hotel Selects Software Suite from Agilysys Hotel Implements Property Management, POS, Inventory and Procurement Systems ATLANTA — Jan. 23, 2013 — Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions, today announced that Indigo Sky Casino and Hotel in Wyandotte, Oklahoma, has selected a comprehensive software suite from Agilysys, including solutions for property management, point-of-sale and inventory and procurement. The 117-room property, which opened in November, is owned and managed by the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma and replaces the tribe's older casino, Bordertown Casino and Bingo. Indigo Sky Casino and Hotel is located in the northeast Oklahoma community of Wyandotte. The $85 million property features a 117-room hotel,54,000-square-foot casino, five restaurants, lounge, gift shop and outdoor heated pool with waterfall features and cabanas. The Whispering Woods RV Park offers 44 spaces with clubhouse, showers, laundry, pool access and a covered picnic pavilion.
