Michael Thomas is strengthening Swisscom Hospitality’s operations leadership team as Director of Professional Services. Michael can draw on many years of engineering and operations experience, including more than ten years with IBAHN in progressively key positions, including Director of Americas Field Services and Director of Technical Operations. He gained his spurs in various engineering and technical disciplines at MCI Worldcom. Based in Boston, Gwen Purtell is joining Swisscom Hospitality as a Director of Business Development, Major Accounts. She began her career in the hospitality industry in sales management with Interstate Hotels & Resorts and later with Starwood. Gwen joined IBAHN in 2000, where she crossed paths with Thomas, as a strategic account executive and was most recently Director of Major Accounts.
