Feb 12th, 2013 - Leawood, KS (Metro Kansas City) - Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Staybridge Suites located in east Wichita, KS. Leisure Real Estate Advisors represented the owner, Keystone-DKC, LLC, in the transaction. KAJ Management, LLC purchased the 88 unit extended stay hotel for an undisclosed price. The listing price was $8,800,000. "Given the brand, location, and the cash flow, the Staybridge received a high level of investor attention. We were excited about representing this property and KAJ purchased a very nice asset", comments Michael Works, Senior Associate Broker with Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and managing broker of the Lincoln, NE office. He goes on to say, "The K-96 loop in eastern Wichita is well known for its vibrant business climate. In addition, the hotel's location new near area developments, such as Cabellas and KU Medical Center campus were motivating factors", says Works.

The buyer will retain the Staybridge flag under a new agreement with IHG. The Staybridge Suites is located at Greenwich and K-96 Hwy, convenient to noted corporate clients such Koch Industries, Hawker Beechcraft, Boeing, and Flight Safety.
