Gregg Marzano Joins Gulph Creek Hotels as Vice President Business Development

Gulph Creek Hotels, a leading mid-Atlantic hotel management and development company announced the hiring of Gregg Marzano as Vice-President of Business Development.  Marzano is responsible for procuring management and development opportunities in partnership with private investors, developers and hotel ownership groups.  Marzano will continue to focus on new business opportunities in the mid-Atlantic region with anticipated growth across both select and full service hotel segments. 
 
"Gregg is an experienced hospitality marketing professional with over 20-years of success in sales and marketing leadership positions with hotels in our core markets," offered Derek Sylvester, Principal, Gulph Creek Hotels.  "His background is extensive and includes property openings, turnarounds and re-branding efforts for multiple ownership groups.  He understands the distinct advantage a first-class, regional operator like Gulph Creek Hotels brings to a hotel owner and will represent us well in the select, full service and resort marketplace."

Marzano has led property and regional sales teams since 1989. Past hotel experience include property director of sales and regional sales with GF Hotels, Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Broadway Hospitality. He is based out of Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania where he also serves as an adjunct professor at Northampton Community College.
